Purpose of the function: Obtaining requests for quotes from potential Investors and subsequently construction orders.
The employee will have the following tasks:
- Monitoring and analysing the Polish construction market, the competition and results of own services (completed projects)
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Creating and maintaining business relations (in the business field and potentially in the technical areas), building B2B relations with potential Investors
- Representing the company outside and brand creation
- Creating the company's marketing strategy
- Participating in and leading conferences, representing the company
- Analysing and evaluating potential requests for quotation
- Creating marketing offers and presenting them to the Investor, representing the company e.g. during meetings
- Cooperating in the process of creating a comprehensive tender offer
- Participating in meetings with the Investor
- Cooperating with other departments in the company (in particular with the tender and administration departments)
Key competences:
- Higher technical education (civil engineering)
- At least 5 years' experience in marketing and cooperation with foreign companies
- At least 3 years' professional experience on the site and in the field of price estimation
- Very good command of English and/or French
- Very good command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and good command of CAD tools
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to judge the situation in an objective and analytic manner, planning skills, openness to change, innovative approach.
