BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

location: Warsaw

Purpose of the function: Obtaining requests for quotes from potential Investors and subsequently construction orders.

The employee will have the following tasks:

  • Monitoring and analysing the Polish construction market, the competition and results of own services (completed projects)
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Creating and maintaining business relations (in the business field and potentially in the technical areas), building B2B relations with potential Investors
  • Representing the company outside and brand creation
  • Creating the company's marketing strategy
  • Participating in and leading conferences, representing the company
  • Analysing and evaluating potential requests for quotation
  • Creating marketing offers and presenting them to the Investor, representing the company e.g. during meetings
  • Cooperating in the process of creating a comprehensive tender offer
  • Participating in meetings with the Investor
  • Cooperating with other departments in the company (in particular with the tender and administration departments)

Key competences:

  • Higher technical education (civil engineering)
  • At least 5 years' experience in marketing and cooperation with foreign companies
  • At least 3 years' professional experience on the site and in the field of price estimation
  • Very good command of English and/or French
  • Very good command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and good command of CAD tools
  • Presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to judge the situation in an objective and analytic manner, planning skills, openness to change, innovative approach.
