FOREMAN

(Mazovia, Małopolska area, Pomerania, Silesia, Sub-Carpathia)

Purpose of the function: Realization of the construction project according to schedule and with compliance of construction craftsmanship, and support to the site manager during the whole process of the investment.

MAIN DUTIES

supporting the site manager in the grounding and organization of construction site as well as close cooperation at every stage of the investment
supervision of realization of given section of works according to the requirements of the contract, technical documentation, schedules and plans for the organization of works and the requirements of building law
preparation of technical documentation of the project according to provisions of law and the Integrated Quality Management System
supervision of work of blue-collar workers
control of supplies and materials on the site
preparation of schedules of work
preparation work quantities
monitoring the quality of work, timeliness, progress of work and technical documentation
ensuring compliance with safety rules, fire and environmental protection rules
supporting the site manager in demobilization of the site after completion of the investment

REQURIEMENTS:

minimum secondary technical education – faculty of construction
at least 10 years of experience in similar position in realization of construction projects, including experience in supervision of construction brigades of 20-50 blue-collar workers
good knowledge of Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms Project
very good organization skills and commitment to the work
easiness in networking as well as teamwork
communication skills, self-reliance in acting and availability
geographical mobility, willingness to travel
English and / or French proficiency allowing for easy communication will be an advantage
construction license will be an advantage
