PROJECT MANAGER
(Mazovia, Małopolska area, Pomerania, Silesia, Sub-Carpathia, Wielkopolska area)
Purpose of the function: Day-to-day management of the company's construction sites.
MAIN DUTIES
- day-to-day management of the construction project in accordance with contract conditions, schedule of the project, client requirements and ensuring that the project is delivered on time according to the standards of quality, safety and environmental protection adopted in CFE Polska
- building and maintaining relationships with clients, participation in coordination meetings with the Investor
- building and maintaining relationships with other participants of the process (inspectors, designers, subcontractors, etc.)
- coordination of the work of the team involved in the project and daily support for the engineering staff on issues related to the project in relation to cooperation with investors and subcontractors
- ongoing management of the budget
- preparing progress reports of the project and works as well as active participation in budget control
- supervision of the technical, legal and financial documentation of the project
- final settlement of the site and preparation of the object to take-over by the warranty service
REQURIEMENTS
- technical university degree - faculty of construction
- minimum 3-years experience in similar position
- experience, backed by the successes, in negotiations with clients and subcontractors and in preparing estimations
- very good knowledge of the investment process, administration, financial and legal
- matters related to the management of construction projects
- result orientation, efficiency and transparency in action and acting in accordance with work ethics
- well developed analytical and logical skills
- very good organization of own work and the team’s
- well developed communication skills
- English and / or French proficiency allowing for easy communication
- geographical mobility, willingness to travel
